Alai Technologies is looking to bring onboard an experience senior level executive with extensive experience in Managed Services Sales and Marketing

Reports To: Chief Financial Officer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive collaboration across the organization to identify needs and develop scalable solutions
  • Prioritize objectives and implement strategies to achieve company initiatives as part of the leadership team
  • Explore & develop new and innovative approaches to enhance revenue growth
  • Create Strategic Alliance Partnerships
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our business, the market, our competition, and emerging trends within the Staffing Industry
  • Develop and manage a clear set of key performance indicators to analyze, forecast, track and communicate results and challenges to the senior leadership team
  • Encourage and practice an environment that promotes open lines of communication
  • Manage relationships with high level clients
  • Continually create and develop innovative approaches for recruiting and sourcing
  • Manage a team to develop and grow the manage service provider clients, suppliers, and prospects.
  • Engage with procurement, Human Resources, and other senior client stakeholders
  • Present Company’s compelling value proposition at an executive level
  • Develop a sale and needs assessment process that qualifies the business requirements of the customer or prospect
  • Develop and implement a business plan to maximize revenue
  • Establish an account strategy for each client quarterbacking a team to ensure program growth
  • Contribute to the ongoing initiatives to continuously improve our approach to efficiently and
  • Collaborate and develop relationships with key VMS technology partners
  • Utilize Vendor Neutral, Hybrid MSP and VOP Models
  • Create presentations and case studies outlining our business capabilities
  • Create a team environment that promotes personal growth and professional development
  • Act as a business consultant to educate prospects and clients on current hiring trends
  • Subject matter expert when presenting to clients on VMS technology and MSP’s
  • Present Alai Technologies’ complete workforce solution offerings
  • Ensure pricing is established at a profitable level
  • Conduct monthly meeting with CFO to review Profit and Loss reports
  • Annual preparation of detailed budget: including (but not limited to) projected billable hours, gross sales, and gross profit
  • Cross Collaborate with President, CFO, Vice President’s, Team Leads
  • Managers, Sales Executive and Corporate office on MSP programs.

Up to 25% travel required to maintain and build assigned markets and client relationships

Pay: Negotiable based on Experience


  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • On call
  • Overtime
  • Weekends

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay


  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)


  • Management: 10 years (Preferred)
  • Staffing/MSP: 10 years (Preferred)

Willingness To Travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)
